When couples decide to get married, they would generally like to believe that their marriage will last "until death do us part," but the unfortunate truth is that a large percentage of marriages will end in divorce. While divorce is an emotionally difficult experience, this should not mean that the process cannot be amicable if you and your spouse have agreed to the terms of the divorce.

In a divorce by mutual agreement (uncontested divorce), the process requires that both parties have agreed on all items such as:

·     Child custody;

·     Child visitation;

·     Child support;

·     Division of property and assets; and,

·     Spousal Support, if any.

A Final Decree of Divorce will be drafted by an experienced divorce attorney who will prepare the documents as per the terms and information that has been provided by the party requesting our services.  At My Divorce Made Easy, we don’t just send you a document where you fill in the blanks.  We provide you with a Final Decree that is specific to your case.

My Divorce Made Easy can really make your divorce easy.  Just provide the information and we will prepare and file your documents in a timely manner.

Our price range from (no children) $300 + filing fees up to (with children) $500 + filing fees. Why is this more than everyone else? This is because our documents are prepared specifically for your case and filed for you.
